3:00 a.m. - strong thunderstorms. Gotta let the wussy dog down into the basement. Then I realize I've got all-around-the-head, hatband type tension headache (how does that happen when you're sleeping?). Pop a couple of ibuprofen, strap on the ol' CPAP again, and try to fall back to sleep with lighting and thunder going on.

Then I start thinking about all the details of a gig we're playing this afternoon (something I always do the night before). Mind starts racing. Strike two.

There was no strike three, so it wasn't a total bust.

I'm glad one of us slept well. Of the two of us, you deserve it more. I haven't gotten hit hard since January. Enjoy your well-rested day! They sure are a blessing.

It's 5pm in here. ;)

Brew, some bad thunderstorms have been bothering my mom's hometown for several hours - including 2500 lightnings during one hour! :o And lots of rain.

Lucky me, though; sunshine and silly guinea pigs in here. ;;D

Great news :)

Better then average day and night for me so I am not complaining.

Today seems to be going in the wrong direction so I am going to start my hyperactive raise my stress level, high energy dance to beat the sumbiatch down ;)
