Well, they bumped me up and I'll be headed to surgery in just under 3 hours ( 7am EST ). I'm kinna glad because I want to get it over with. They've had me NPO since midnight. And I still don't understand why they've put aside 3.5 hours for my surgery. Surely it's not going to take that long. (?)

This will be another time that I go under and test the waters for a medication induced cluster attack. I've only had anesthesia trigger an attack once out of about 5 times or so. I'll be telling them to have Imitrex close by in the recovery room, just incase. (You never know when the beast will want to battle!)

When doing these types of things, you never know what could happen. Even if it is a very small chance that something bad will happen, I've decided to remove passwords from my laptop so my son will be able to get into it and have my laptop. Plus, I'm leaving him a note just to say "Dad loves ya". ;)

BTW, incase you're just tuning in, I've had problems with my port implanted in my chest. I honestly think I damaged it while riding "The Beast" @ Kings Island in Cincinnatti, OH. Somehow the line was pulled out of place and it went up my neck! Now, they're going to remove & replace it.

P.S. - "The Beast" is still perhaps the best wooden rollercoaster on the face of the earth. It's almost 7,500 ft. long and takes almost 5 minutes to ride. Wicked-assed fun.

Well...someone screwed up. They had me NPO since last night and I missed breakfast ... now they say it's back to the original date, which is Thursday morning. Geez @@!!

Looks like I have a cple more days til they go in and fix it. Sorry bout the confusion and I appreciate all the well wishes and vibes !!! I'll save them up til Thursday !!
