Lillehammer is the Olympic area, isn't it?

It's been cool here all day. Didn't hit 70/20 and it's about 60/15 degrees over here now.

Snow in August. Wow.

I've actually been to Lillehammer. I went there with my parents back in summer 1995. No snow in there back then...

Charlie, you're right, Lillehammer hosted Olympics. :)

Snow in August? You all aren't much into global warming, I guess.

Pitcairne's sounding good for a lot of reasons.

Maybe I could build a house there out of sticks and leaves. When it starts to fall over, I can just burn it down and put up another one.

A grass shack on Pitcairne Island has to be better than living in a mess of paint cans, sawdust, power tools, boxed lighting fixtures, and so forth. Right now, I'm looking at a big stack of flooring. I'm told that it has to be in the house for a few days before it's installed. I guess it has to get used to living here, or something. It just sits there, like Buddha.

Next go-around, I'm going to ask to be reincarnated in Tahiti in the 16th century, before the pesky Europeans with their ambitious and interfering ways showed up. The Polynesians didn't spend their nights breathing paint fumes and sawdust, contemplating flooring.
