and yes, this is a totally useless post to our ch menfolk.

How do you explain to a spouse the reason behind buying the smokin' hot red shoes? 4" heels, criss cross straps across the toe, ankle strap. schweeeeeet!

BECAUSE THEY'RE SMOKIN HOT, DUMBASS! BECAUSE YOU'RE EYEBALLS BUGGED OUT, ...........DUH! So why you askin'???

How do I say that sweetly? ::)

I simply look mine in the eyes and say, "But honey, I just had to have them. They were on sale and I saved so much money. Besides they go with my outfit. That usually shuts him up quickly because he knows I already bought them and he cant win and doesn't have the heart to tell me to return them.

You saw them. They cried out to you, "Buy Me Now, Jen". You bought them and will enjoy them. End of story.

Makes sense to me!

Same thing happens to me when I go into Home Depot. [smiley=laugh.gif]. Never thought I would find so much joy buying a chain saw. ::)

that is a good idea!or you can show up only with a robe (nothing under) smelling really nice and wearing those incredible shoes and say with a deep sensual tone of voice:

"look handsome, what I found, don't you think they are gorgeous?" and let the robe fall slowly while you model your new and wonderful shoes!!

He won't even notice your shoes, trust me ;)

Unfortunately brew would know I didn't buy them for myself. . . . spent too many younger years in shoes like that and now the feet are ruined.

Legs are still good, but the feet , they protest heels!

So all he'd ask is why am I buying shoes for other women?

Chuck's pic was really close to the ones I bought. And I am diggin' bridget's response- good idea ;;D

Helen was also right- I've used the bogo quite often. Often enough to have a closet full of shoes, boots, sandals............._{did I mention I have a shoe thing?}

Jen, you don't need a reason to buy them - but a reason to wear them! ;)

I once let my "dream shoes" pass me by and then I spent years trying to find as great ones... So the next time I'll "fall in love" with shoes, I won't let anyone stop me! ;)
