We're looking to fly her into London and from there to the US, but she'll have to fly into Gatwick and transfer to Heathrow. I don't know how much help they are willing to provide and she can't walk very well.

If by chance she ends up at Philadelphia International Airport, let me know.

I am about 20-25 minutes from there and would be glad to help in any way that I can.
