Well it has been 2yrs already sense my last cycle and I'm getting signs and little pressure on the right side of my head. I'm trying to get all my ammo read to fight but my doc. has a new doc. working in the office and I have been sent to him the last few times. The last time I was in I told him that it was time to get the med around like O2, Imitrex, Lithium, ect. I gave he a dvd that had to do with the CH and he asked me if this was new info on them. I told him it was new to me and that I had went to the conferance in Richmond and learned a lot but all he could do is read out of his P.D.A. and tell me what to avoid. I told him that I found out in Richmond high flow O2 is needed like 20-25 psi.and he told me that was to high it would not do any good. So after telling him I and my new family knows more than his P.D.A . I did.nt want to write a book but I was told so many things I cant remember the red bull, will the pepsi max do the same? It has 69mg of caffine in it. Also will sugar free red bull do the same? Ok sorry for the book I just need some help with this new things. I'm scared to death to go through this again for the next 6 weeks. They are just teasing me right now but it could be any time. Thanks Jim

10 -15 lpm has not worked in the past so I was told in Richmond to try to move it up a little at a time to find what helps and I have a mask a big thanks to clusterchuck. Thanks for the site he did not seem to be willing to look any father than hs P.D.A. thanks jim

Its DUMB for your doctor to say that extra high flow O2 won't help CH. I hope for his sake he mis-heard you and thought you said CO2.
I was using 15 LPM for about 2 years, but recently it just has not been doing the trick. Some do use the regulators that go to 20 or 25. I rigged up 2 tanks at 15 LPM each to go to the same reservoir bag, so i have fully adjustable O2 up to 30lpm. I do find that the added flow helps.
Whether you do 15 lpm or something higher than that, get on it pronto.
I dont drink red bull, I just drink coffee or diet cherry pepsi. Caffeine works well for me, u should give it a shot.

Hi Son! I know you got your Rxs but print out the website that was given you and be sure Dr. Pam sees it. That website is the same one that we wrote down, while in Richmond, the Michigan Neuro Inst. You need to get that whole website to the doc, and have her read the infor from Dr. Ross. Love ya kiddo.

Jim - The thing that Red Bull and a number of the other energy drinks has that Pepsi Max does not is Taurine. A good dose of Taurine along with the caffeine seems to drive the caffeine into the blood stream faster. That's why you'll hear folks around here say that the energy drinks work better than coffee alone.

Look for energy drinks that have around 1,000 mg of Taurine per serving.

When I start to get hit I tell myself, "There's too much blood in my caffeine stream." ;;D

Glad you're making sure the prick has some heavy duty obstacles to deal with. Hopefully, he has as much effect as Clouseau vaulting the moat.
