Wow...that really sounds good. I cook with beer sometimes...use it with ribs, in saurkraut and pork...

I have been wanting to ask this about zucchini:

My uncle sent me a zuchinni that is literally the size of an eggplant. Keep in mind, I live alone...and it's produce too.

I took half of it, sauteed it in olive oil and garlic, added tomatoes...to make it like caponata...it's really good.

What ELSE can I do with it?? Any ideas for the other half? And can I freeze zucchini?

sldrswyfe,

I'm not sure you can do this now that the zucchini
is frozen but maybe.Grate it up and make a zucchini
bread.If you can't find a recipe I will share my mom's.
I know theres recipes where it is used in pies I just don't have any.try these links for recipes,They are great sites for all recipes if ya wanna try something new.kraft and bisquick will send you e-mails weekly.If you want.

All this food talk makes me hungry. Luckily my best supporter is making meat soup and mashed potatoes as I type. ;;D It's my night off as a chef. ;;D I did chop the potatoes and some fresh garlic... :)

I didn't freeze the zuchinni yet...it's cut in half though, and in a bag in the fridge...
