How much Melatonin is to much? I have trouble sleeping.
I been taking 2 a night 3 mg each. They use to do the trick for me, but not any more. I just lay there wide awake.
Can I up the dose?
I am not having clusters, I am using it to sleep.
I tried the over the counter sleeping pills but they make my heart race. I don't like them.
Any advice would be wonderful.

3-12mg Try to take it about 1.5 -2 hours before going to sleep.

that would be 4 pills at 3 MG each right?
Ok I will give it a try tonight. That is how I take them a hour before bed.

What thomas said. Also, a lot of the otc sleep aids are 25mg of diphenhydramine HCl...that's Benadryl! That's what they put in the pm doses of pain relievers, also. Just so ya know. Don't know why it makes your heart race.

yeah, I take 9 mg and cut on the caffeine if you are out of cycle. I like to take a warm shower and a bowl of hot oatmeal makes the trick, mmmmmm
