I've known this guy (Ricky Spellman) for close to 20 years now. He's a total nutcase ... a REAL psycho ! Last January he beat & stabbed this guy to death, crushed his skull with weights & strangled him with a rope.

Now, I just found out that due to some technical mix up in the law (?) ... (despite the confession & evidence) ... he got manslaughter. The sentence carries 12 years. He'll be eligible for parole in 2 years (this January).

I would bet it all that he'll kill again !! The system is screwing up by letting this man walk free again ! People are in danger !! Why does someone else have to die before they put him away for good ??
