Today At Work Its About 98 Degrees, I've Been There For 12 Hours, Its About 7 O'Clock PM And A Customer Comes In For Four Tires And We Close At 8 O'Clock PM. I Already Have 2 Oil Changes, Tire Rotation, And A Tire Repair On Other Cars And The Customer For Four Tires Wanted An Aligment. I Told It Takes One Hour For Aligment Itself. She Said She Would Pay To Stay Late With Only One Tech And Myself. I Told Her There Is No Way I Could Do This Tonight. I Could Set A Appoinment For Tomarrow Morning. She Didnt Like That And Got Pissed. Some Customers Think We Dont Have A Life Outside Of Work. She Lucky I Wasnt Having One Of My CH Attacks!!

ask her if she goes to the mall and wants to try on another dress but it is closing time...would they wait for her to try the dress on or would they kick her ass of the store?....
some people has no sense >:(

Working with the public is always tough.

Don't worry she will be back tomorrow, she will bi..at the manager and she will get the service for free...oh and she will get in the mail a CSI and then poor James will have to pay out his pocket for not treating the customers right... ::)

People with too much money and too little regard for their impact on others really piss me off. Two of my daughters have worked their way through college as nanies for rich families. The money is good but they get treated them like slaves. Not all of them but most.

Great, just great....it is difficult to work with the public. James that is a tough job too...alot of work.
