I need a quick count of who believes that they will attend this year!

And if you would be willing to give a $10 donation to help pay for a meeting room that we will not be kicked out of.

and, I'm certain, no matter how many or how few attend, we'll definitely cover the cost of the meeting/hospitality room (that's a promise, Gena - no worries).

Just a thought and would help with this in any way that I can.......

If we can get the meeting room, do you think the hotel could hold the rooms closest to the meeting room and on the floor above the meeting room for us? This way, we wouldn't have to worry about anyone complaining about the noise.

Count me in for 5 and I also have no problem with the meeting room cost.When do we have to book rooms.I want a pool side room cause of the kids.I have 2 little ones and a 17 year old going.

Ted and I will possibly be comming we are not sure yet. I missed last years meet and greet and I don't want to miss this years if I can help it at all. We can kick in $10 for a room.
