Just got a call from my insurance company. They will now allow 6 stat doses a month instead of 4 (not the 12 the Dr. sent a letter in for, but hey, we were shooting high). That in of it self is good news, but she tells me I can get them all at once, which means just one co-pay. That's a good thing considering that in the last couple of months I have spent about $1500 in meds (trex) out of pocket. Thank god someone found the stuff I left in their spare bathroom... ;) to help me out or it would have been worse. Just goes to show, work with your insurance cos., they may not be total dickheads.

Which brings me to the bad part. I will not be able to make the convention this year. This has been the worse 5+ months of my life since I found out what these things are and they're just getting under control. To top it off, work has gone from just stupid to stupid and insane.

I don't know if anyone can actually use the confirmation number. but if ya can, PM me, and you can have it. The room was reserved under the OUCH rate.

Mike, don't let the beast keep you from the convention! So what if you get hit there! Many of us do! Hell, last convention, I felt like I spent more time battling the beast then out socializing or learning! But you know what? I wouldn't have missed it for the world!

I have been to the last three conventions, and if my present number of hits continues, this will be the first one, where I am not fighting the beast for a good part of the time!

And if work is so shitty, you NEED a beak from the insane asylum, to a DIFFERENT insane asylum!
