So as some of ya'll know we are staying with my sis and her fam in Florida temp till we get our own house. So that's my two monsters and her 3 monster ;;D. So we are armed with fireworks and sparklers!!! Also of course lotsa hotdogs and burgers! I think I made a big mistake arming the kids with squirt guns though :) .

Fingers crossed it's a light beasty day for us all! What are your plans?

Well the third wasn't so great,but today is another day BB-que fireworks and friends and family.Have fun all.

I've already started the marinating of some steaks for the grill for this early evening. Amber Bock beer, soy sauce, Lawerys salt, pepper and onions, a pinch of ground fennel and a pinch of cinnamon. Couldn't find any "good" fresh broccoli, so I have some frozen instead, a loaf of 12 whole grain bread..(yes Brew, it will be VERY crusty)

Kids want to roast marshmallows for dessert, so lucky for me I have a bag of them in the pantry.

We are going for a bike ride then having Angie's famous Chicken Ceasar salad then ....................... ::)
Wait, this is not our holiday. Oh well, we are family so we will celebrate it with you anyways.
