... to join the FBI or Military police.  Today I turned old.  42 is supposed to be the answer to the universe and everything, but I think 42 sucks.

Actually, my 40s were my favorite time of life. The fact that my last full-blown CH hit was when I was 45 might have had a little to do with it.

You did not turn old.  I am old and I still think, act and feel young. I will never think "old".  I can't.  It isn't in me.

Enjoy your 40's.  Those were the best years of my life.  I felt good, looked good (at least better as I had gained enought weight to look like a woman and not a scarecrow) and had more invitations to dinner (?) than ever before.  I enjoyed my kids and extended family more than ever.

Oh yes, those were the days, my friend.

Happy B'day to you.  Wish I had your troubles! ;;D  My 42 was just shy of 11yrs ago.  I talked with the Marines in "01, and they told me than I was to old and to fat.  Part of that I could take care of...

Thanks EVERYONE.  It's really not all bad... And I had a great birthday dinner... and my angry,s sullen, teenage daughter (who I love more than I can say) baked me a cake.  You all don't know what a big deal that is...

So, it was a happy birthday.  Even if the Feds think I'm old.
