sit in deck chairs on the roof?

(thats pronounced Roooof, not roofff in OZ ;))

in the simpsons and other sitcoms we see the stars sittin of the roof?

do people really do this in the good ole US of A?

any of you guys roof goers???

I bought my house with lawn furniture anchored to the roof....is that wierd or something? ;)

Turts, step slowly away from the T.V. set.

Watching the Simpsons has been shown to lower one's I.Q. by many many points. :P

I bought a beautiful deck 2 years we sit there the roof is to slantie plus it hurts by but ;;D.

The first apartment the Wench and I had on Milwaukee's fashionable east side had a flat roooof, and we would go up there to grill or watch the fireworks.

You have to put the deck chairs on the roof cause the sofa takes up the room on the lawn!

My whole roof is a deck, but we live on the coast of California. There's even a tiled counter with a built-in sink. We enjoy the view and the sunsets from there when we aren't in the mood for our daily 5 mile walk on the beach.

So, yes, we do do that.

heh, I said 'do do'. :)

Came home one day about a year ago and noticed the trampoline was really close to the bay window in the kitchen. Asked my youngest Jackie why? She never really gave me an answer. I told her to move it back because it was almost in the roses.

Later that night Jackie had my husband go upstairs to her room to fix her window, it was jammed open and she could not get it to shut.

When he came downstairs and told me, it became crystal clear. She was climbing out of the window (we have a very steep roof) and jumping off the roof onto the trampoline!! This child has no fear, she's an adrenoline junkie.

Katie likes to climb out of her window (2nd story, same steep roof) and sit on the roof talking on her cell phone.

Grey hair started showing up about a year ago.

Whats not to love about a dog that can fly a kennel and has a bird as a best friend?!

Do you think that Charlie Brown ever got the girl, or was it that wuss Linus?!!?

Anyway, thinking i might get the guys over for a couple beers and try out the rooftop views. im sure ive got lovely views of the motorway from up there

My house has no roof. ;;D I do hear about a thousand cars an hour passing over everyday.

I don't remember the Simpsons sitting on the roof? I do remember on Third Rock from the Sun they always ended the show with the group sitting on the roof talking, of course they were aliens. I liked sitting on my parents roof when I was a kid, this one is too steep though.
