Hilton left the courtoom in tears, screaming, "Mom, Mom, Mom."

One witness described the scene as: Paris was "physically escorted" out of the courtroom by a female deputy."

Its being reported that the judge bumped her sentence back up to the full 45 days, this I do not agree with because it was the sheriffs decision to cut her loose, not hers. (even though she didnt mind)

I am so glad the Judge done the right thing. I never got let out of jail because I did not like it. Go figure that one. By the way that is my wifes favorite picture of the poor little rich girl!

That is not the case Jonny you misunderstand. He said she will serve the entire 45 day sentence with credit for time served. The 45 is the original sentence.

Aw Shit!  I feel so sorry for her having to eat that food she hates so much.

There will be something else come up and she'll be out by the middle of next week.  She'll fake stomache cramps and spend this weekend in the hospital.

I know that, but when she first went in the sentence was cut to 23 days, now its back to 45 days for something the sheriff did.

Put the sheriff in the cell next to her's for 45 days.  Swapping evil stories about the rude judge will help pass the time.

Unfortuantely, while this absurd little drama plays out a lot of other poor little rich kids and parents of poor little rich kids with less notaritiy have bought their way to reduced sentences and posh country club detention centers.  All of it needs to stop - break the law go - go to jail - the same jails everyone else gets to go to.

I know I'm in the minority but part of me feels sorry for her. I've been a cop for 27 years and the only advice I ever give parents is discipline your children with love.....or leave it to me to do the discipline...only I show no love when I do it!

It kills me when I see what is basically a child...who has never been given any boundaries her entire life...struggling with the whole idea of facing consequences. Sorry, I'm a daddy to 21 and 23 year old girls and I have the whiskerest bit of a soft spot there!!!

I feel bad that she got pulled out and then put back in, that's gotta suck.  I don't know if she got out of jail because of her celebrity, but if she were not a celeb she would not have been recalled to jail with the whole world watching her cry over it.  I feel bad to see a girl crying period.

I do not feel sorry for..............nope, not one bit.  She should serve her sentence, learn her lesson and STFU.  Unless next time she wants to be serving hard time for killing someone because she feels it's ok to drink, do drugs and then get behind the wheel of her monster SUV.

By the way, why, with all that money, can she not get a limo to drive for her?  DUI, suspended license, she gets pulled over twice and she still thinks the laws do not apply to her?

I think the judge may be punishing Paris because she still has no respect for the court.  She expected to be able to 'phone in' her appearance, even after getting a direct order to show up from the judge.  She deserves every minute she serves.

Even rich people can learn to respect the court.  Some cannot.  She is paying the price for her indifference.

I guess that would mean the driver would know where she goes, what she gets up to and what state she finds herself in !  ::)

I dont feel sorry for her either. With or without boundaries set by her parents, she is old enough and intelligent enough to know not to drive while intoxicated or when not having a license !

Today's story children is about a little princess.  Her daddy filled her piggy bank until it was much, much too full.  She was pretty and very rich and never had to make her bed or pick up her toys.  The pretty princess moved to Hollywood and was on TV and talked about all the time.  Her show was about just being pretty and not liking to work.  
 She spent her money on being prettier so many, many pictures would be taken of her all the time but never learned to wash clothes so had no clean underwear for her all her new clothes she had to buy everyday.  
 Staying out all night in her pretty clothes, sometimes there were many drinks spilled on them, so she drove her car with more drinks spilled on them to where she could take them off but had no clean pajamas either.
 When she was told to stay in her room for 23 hours, she cried and cried and didn't have to stay, crying gets the princess anything she wants just like you and me, isn't that right children?  But someone told her to go back to her room and stay longer.  She feels she should not have to go to her room if she doesn't feel like it and will cry more and more and write a book you can all buy, crying makes her money too children.

But here is a picture of her being taken back to her room to stay longer and crying some more.  How does that make you feel children?

"L.A. County Sheriff Lee Baca claims there was simply no room at his jail for a "low-level offender" like Paris Hilton.

In a statement to the press, Baca said, "There's 20,000 inmates the largest jail system in the united states ... It's very overcrowded."

According to Baca, 90% serious felons -- many in his jail on murder charges or attempted murder charges.

Baca also said that he reassigned Hilton based on "her severe medical problems." Baca said that her "increasingly deteriorating problems" were evaluated and add, "This lady has some severe problems."

Since when is whining a severe medical problem?

If I knew that worked I would have cried every time I was locked up....LOL ;;D

That is exactly what Limo drivers in California get paid to do besides drive. They are only a phone call away, and with her money...oops excuse me....her Daddys money she has absolutely no excuse for driving while drunk or with a suspended license...twice.

Sorry Guiseppi, I disagree with you on this.  This poor little rich girl garners NO sympathy with me, except that her world...her life,  is extremely  shallow, devoid of reality  and it is very sad that any 12 or 13 year old would look up to this person for any reason.

When she was pulled over for driving with a suspended ticket she said she didnt know.

In the glove compartment was the court order saying that her ticket was suspended.

It must really suck never having to think of paying your mortgage and all the other bills that comes with a normal life.

Im still waiting for the $46,000 bitch!

There isn't a player in this drama, and I MEAN DRAMA, that isn't overplaying their part. The Sherrif is probably the only practical person in the whole melee. With all that the jails in LA have to deal with I'm sure he is looking at it all and saying, "I know how to solve this mess - get it out of my jail". The judge is as big a drama queen as Paris is.

If I had that kind of money I'd never drive, even sober.

That Sheriff in AZ said he'd be glad to take him off the LA Sheriff's hands. He has plenty of room and all kinds of medical help for her. I think they should consider his offer. Green bologna would probably be just ideal for her.  >:(  And a little work on the highway never hurt any of Sheriff Sam's detainees....

Oh yeah -- they should really consider that -- better even than Chewy's offer.... Chewy's a sucker for tears...

I heard about that offer! But she cant handle the plush air conditioned confines of LA County jail. She would really have a melt down in the great Arizona Jail. That would be very funny indeed!

Time passed and, alas, Paris found herself being ushered through the door into a cell with no mirrors, no make-up, not an accessory to be seen nor even a camera crew and there, in the corner, sat our very own Johnny. Long hair, tattoos, the lot. Then the voice again from the skies above, "Jonny......."

Well, Linda, I usually ignore all of the celebrity garbage too, and am kicking myself right now for bumping this thread back to the top, but....

As one who spend most of his life and makes his living on the road I have NO sympathy for her.  45 days?  Get real.  I know guys serving up to a year for less than that and for a DUI without a suspended sentence.

I do have to agree somewhat with Giueseppi though.  I think her parents should be locked up with her.
