I've just been talking to Yorky and I had to tell him to get off the phone and go and get on the O2 - he's getting hammered all over the place and could really use some support from all of us right now, the poor bugger doesn't know which way is up  :'(

Yorky, we're always here for you hon, and for Tracey too don't you DARE EVER feel you can't ring me, anytime, day or night cos I know where you are and I'll break your bones and not mine if I find out you needed help and didn't ask!

I'll see you in just over two weeks so God help you if you don't listen to me!  ;;D

sorry been busy.docs..etc..

not too bad today..as of yet no pain  8)  

and no shadows...(so i am going to sit in the back garden..because it is sunny)
