Tony,

My choice is “Eyes Wide Shut” written and performed by Edgewater from their album “South of Sideways” and also on the sound track from the movie “The Punisher”.

The lyrics are about trying to come back from drugs but the parallels to cluster headaches are painfully close.  Edgewater is a cult new age heavy metal group from Plano TX.

Once you get past the frantic heavy metal sound, you’ll find there’s a melody and real harmony throughout the cut.  You can actually hear the words.  It's well worth downloading from the net...  I did and it's become my cluster headache theme song.

I don't think this song fits Tony question, but it is one of my favorite and most touching songs.  It says that even if your pairing is of an unusual combination (religions, or race, or same sex, or what ever) if it is true love, it is fine.

And the lead singers have the most beautiful voices.

Good question, Tony! I connect a lot of music with my ch times. I used to listen a lot of Nick Carter's NOw or Never, David Bowie's Heathen and Audioslave's first CD while dealing with the beast.
