I've been battling insomnia for a long time (even before ch). When I do manage to get some sleep it is always interupted by ch, weird dreams, or just because I wake up wide awake at 3-5am. I never seem to sleep uninterupted for more than 3 hours.

Guess What? Last night I slept the whole night through (9 hours) in my bed, no dreams and no ch. Whooo Hoooo! :) I hope this is the start of a I can sleep and the ch is gone cycle :D.

That is great Beth!! as another insomia sufferer I know what it means to have a good night of sleep..Hope you get to feeling better very soon!!!! :)
