Title: Have a question Post by headrocker2 on Apr 14th, 2007, 12:24am Hi there, i am a newcomer to this site, My partner suffers from paroxysmal hemicrania. It took a 1 week stay in the hospital and a whole lot of moriphine to be diagnosed with ph. But, sent on our way with no information on what it is, or why he has it. My question is as follows He has dental work to be done, but cant get no info on wether or not the local freezing will constrict the blood flow. Causing an attack. I do not want his ph to flare up, I feel so helpless when it happens, and there is nothing i can do to relieve it. If anyone , has any information that could answer our question regarding having dental work done, i would appreciate it as well, any info on ph at all Thanks again |

Title: Re: Have a question Post by pieface_49 on Apr 14th, 2007, 1:49pm Yep, indomethacin (Indocin) taken during the downward end of a cycle helped me. I am not sure it helped break the cycle? Will let y'all know the next cycle. After 3 days of taking it, I stopped taking it. Appeared to affect my already weak stomach. http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/druginfo/medmaster/a681027.html Mayo Clinic on Rebound Headaches: http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/rebound-headaches/DS00613/DSECTION=11 Donnie |
