Now ya gotta put this in context. This is Charlotte, my Diva Dog. This is her favorite and best activity: supervising her lowly subjects (us). Charlotte is also 16 years old and has difficulty sometimes getting up and down from her laying about and supervising.

Today my Charlotte ran. Ran outside to me, tail a-waggin' happily, and pretended to bite me. She jumped a bit, and ran down a trail to "catch" me, barking and wagging and excited.

Today my Charlotte ran and played. She hasn't done that in a very long time! She must feel pretty good because my old girl played :D

Sweet!!!! Charlotte has some puppy left in her... but I'm sure it's only for her mommy Jenn. What a Great present any day of the year.

Jennifer,

I know exactly that feeling! Our guinea pig Eetu has been ill and he has not been drinking his water in a while but this weekend he did and he's already been drinking 3 times today! It's those precious little moments which make the day. :)
