Title: Daylight savings time hurting you?
Post by BMoneeTheMoneeMan on Mar 17th, 2007, 5:06pm
It has been about 6 months for me since i have had real problems with my head.  I get the occasional kip 5 to 6 every now and then but never more than 1 per day.

Since changing the clocks, I have been shadowing for half of each day and getting hit 1 to 2 times per night.

I really dont suffer from allergies, but the longer days and then the clock change has triggered some activity.  Anyone else having activity due to this?

The first week of March has always been the kick off to my spring high cycle.  Changing the clocks has nothing to do with it.

The time change always finds me holding my breath! Whether it's the stress of trying to figure out how the fu%$^%$ microwave and VCR clocks get reset....or just the time of the year....it's consistently when the beast likes to make his grand appearance.  It has been useful that he's so punctual. In addition to replacing the batteries in my smoke detectors I do a quick inventory check on jabs, 02 and prevents!!

Kinda reminds me of the managing director in our company who maintained that we would be getting an extra hour of daylight when we changed the clocks.
