Poor old you George - Flu is nasty and shouldn't be underestimated one bit. Hope you're back to normal soon

It got me for over two weeks this year and I didnt miss a day of work.

I hope you're feeling better soon! Just take the time to rest. I never do and that's why my flus last like a month or so... [smiley=hug.gif]

George -- I didn't get mine and got the damn flu also. Have vowed to NEVER miss another one EVER. This stuff sucks!!!

Spring is about here so maybe the flu season is about over and we can all get well....

You're right, Kevin--could be worse. At least I have an immune system, unlike the Martians.

Thanks all. I'm quite a bit better now--food actually looks interesting, not dubious.

I've never gotten the flu shot before, out of a misplaced sense of invulnerability, and male boneheadedness. ( "I never get the flu", etc. )

That has changed. This stuff is vile. I'll get the shot next year.
