I really, really like it Brew and I have to say that isn't a song I have ever liked before. I like the way you've done it.

Thanks, Helen. The story is that John Lennon caught wind of a rumor that one of his old schoolmasters was obsessively into the Beatles' lyrics, and he had everyone in the school analyzing them. So John decided to write something that made absolutely no sense to see how they would analyze it.

It was never the lyrics I didn't like as much as the dirge like effect it had when they sang it though.

Makes the most sense to me. I don't know - there's so much Beatle Lore out there, sometimes I'm not sure what to believe.

Wow... that was surprisingly good. Extremely enjoyable.

Just had my wife listen... she is stunned at how good you guys are.
Love your play list as well, Brew.

We have a set of friends that has a band here... they typically play about 6 gigs a month... 3 weekends, then they take one off. We tend to hit at least one gig a weekend when they are playing.
Gotta support the local bands.

You know, we'd play 2-3 times a month if we had that many offers, but we don't. This thing is just starting to get off the ground, so I imagine it will pick up soon. It's a good damned thing none of us relies on the income from the band, 'cause we're still in the red.

We've got a few irons in the fire - State Fair, Summerfest, a few local festivals, a couple of bars. It'll start coming around.
