I see time and time again on motor vehicle reports guys getting their licenses suspended for child support. Don't get me wrong, if you have obligations then meet them or face penalties. But to have different entity entirely yanking a license which is a persons lively hood is just wrong. The system isn't broken, it's never worked to begin with. imo. |

And he was an idiot for not hiring a lawyer that would back him up on that. Yes, he got dorked out of $20,000 over 5 years, and yes, his ex is a money-grubbing louse, but it was his own stupidity for rolling over without a fight that contributed to it. |

Nobody pays court-ordered child support for 5 years for a child that doesn't exist without challenging the system with everything he's got. |

A court will not argue with that kind of evidence. Same thing as having a police officer plant a baggie of weed in your glove compartment... you are fucked. In this case he was set up by his ex and his 'estranged daughter', who appears to have used her DNA for the test somehow. It looks like that did not become apparent until some time afterward. Thus it is a fairly rare case in that he was framed. That said, now his ex and daughter need to mull this over in the big house for the next few decades. |

Why wouldn't you hire a lawyer that would appeal these lower court decisions with the arguments you just laid out? Zero sperm count, ex had her tubes tied 20 years prior, etc. No doubt this guy was totally victimized - I just question the intelligence of a guy who continues to pay $350 a month without a fight by order of a court who has never even seen the child. He didn't go on offense, and that was his mistake. He can sue now to try to get that money back, but good luck. It's hard for her to earn money while she's sitting in the big house. |

The DNA lab, which supposedly certifies the source of the DNA, or her attorney, who is supposed to certify the same if he supplied the DNA... The hospital the bitch daughter worked at, as that was the source of the falsified birth reports... Those places will settle for far more than $20k. |

It may happen all the time as you say, but "all the time" is a subjective phrase, which, in my book, means that justice is still served most of the time. On this I'm sure we can agree - I would not want to be on the receiving end of one of these judges. |
