Absolutely stunning  Carolyn, who needs TV when you can see stuff like that outside? I loved living right out in the country when I lived at home, I'm on the edge of a village now but its still not open and I do so miss seeing nothing but "outdoors"
Thanks for sharing!

It starts here

This sunset should have been listed as the 8th wonder of the world.  I knew it was going to be spectacular when I heard that it was the night of the lunar eclipse.  I had no idea it would be that exciting.  My husband and I stood outside and I kept turning to go in and I would see the sky change again and again and again.  It was mezmerizing and calming.  I wish we had that to look at more often.

That last sunset wasn't the night of the lunar eclipse.

Helen, who's Turner?

Turner, John Mallord William (1775-1851). One of the finest landscape artists was J.M.W. Turner, whose work was exhibited when he was still a teenager. His entire life was devoted to his art. Unlike many artists of his era, he was successful throughout his career.

(Also, a preeminent watercolorist of his time.)
