Does anyone have the link to Myth-busters or a similar one? Ueli used to be the one to put down the fakes.

I think we all need to know this before we ever eat Pork again. Or I could go defrost some chops I have in the freezer and try it out myself...

lol Linda. Meat has 'stuff' in it... pork, beef, fish, poultry... all of it. You are not cooking to 'well done' for the flavor, you are cooking to sterilize it.
