Hello all you nice people (and Paul  :P - doesn't include you either Jeff!)

I'm home thank goodness but I'm not right yet. They still don't know why my blood levels are so strange (NO comments from the peanut gallery thankyouverymuch!) and why all this keeps happening but they're working on it! I see the consultant again on weds so we'll see how I'm doing then.

I had a wonderful time getting hit and being the centre of attention  ::) (not recommended) and I've managed to get spotty to boot (thanks Jasper) and I've even managed to crack three ribs too - sadly I didn't get to hit anyone to do it either.

Its lovely to be home though and I've missed you all. Time to catch up now!

Oh Helen - so glad you checked in.

If you REALLY want to be pampered get yourself on a plane to us and I'll wait on you hand and foot.  We've already had the pox and it's quiet and peaceful and COLD and SNOWY here.

I'd cook for you and let you watch the telly 'til all hours and generally make sure you felt better.

(No kidney pie though - I ain't eatin' nothin' that's been secretin'!)

Hi Lovey!!

Glad you are home, although I'm sorry to hear you still aren't doing well.  My mom  sends her love, too.  You don't need a home care nurse, do you?  I'll come....I'll even work for free if I get room and board!!  hahaha....

Seriously though - I just got home from work, and I'm off tomorrow and Sunday.  If you want to talk on the phone - since I know we didn't get to talk last time, just give me a PM.  I don't want to bother you while you are recovering, but if there's anything I can do to help you out, I'm here!!!

I miss you!!!

I have to say that the past few days, I've been thinking back on the trip again - was looking at some pictures.  Do you know that if I close my eyes, I can "see" myself standing in your kitchen, looking out over the back yard, and breathing in the smell of the air - I can "smell" the air if I just think about it!!  I remember it being so refreshing.  I can even picture the window open up in the boys' room and looking out over the front yard just to take it all in.  I miss it - and I wish I could come back!!!

Give my love to the kids - and extra hugz (gentle) to you.........I hope you get much better this time and don't have to go back to that place!!!  Sorry you got hit and sorry about the broken ribs!!  Darn you know how to make a scene, eh?  lol
