Hatred I dont have, but what about dislike? Is disliking someone or something OK ? Worries I wouldnt have if I didnt care. When I care for someone, its only natural that I will worry about that person. So how can I free myself from that? Stop caring? Live simply, that I can try to do. Give more, that I try to do everyday. Expect less, does that mean I wont want/expect my children to do well ? Guess I can try a bit harder ? Thanks Sanna :-* Annette |

Title: Re: Rules of Happiness Post by sandie99 on Feb 23rd, 2007, 4:44pm You can tell that I love doing soul-searching, don't ya? ;) That title "simple rules" is not created by me; that is its original title. I can see that this post has made you think about happiness. I'm glad. :) When I saw this message on the Beliefnet message list email, I wanted to post it here because I felt that today we have been dealing with many serious issues, which is good, but can get to you. So I thought that thinking about happier issue would made a nice balance. I'm currently reading Byron Katie's novel "Loving What It Is. Four Questions That Can Change Your Life". That's how I'm getting relaxed this Friday... ;;D Hugs, Sanna |
