If you are, please do something about it.

We lost my cousin Thursday morning, he was 34.

He left a wife and a beautiful little girl.

What killed him you ask ??............................................. I hate to say it, but it was food, and yes it kills !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He laid down after his usual stuffing, and never woke up.

Joe was 5' 8" and was 400 big ones, and I will forever miss his upbeat look on life.

God speed to you my brother.

I know of it in my family too. Most of the male side of my family tipped in near 300 at one time or another.

Yes, obesity is one of the biggest killers in the developed countries now. It is also very difficult to deal with.

The answer lies in what we now teach and feed ourselves and our kids.

In 98 I lost my little brother to lymes disease.
In away it is nice to remember him as he was, forever young. Had he lived a week more he would have hit 40.
