From Gages Mom:

We have good news! Gage's bone biopsy has come back clear! The "flow" shows no blasts and the cybergenetics (F.I.S.H) show no AML or translocation! We are at a very good place for transplant! Another victory to celebrate in this ongoing battle! Thank you so much for your prayers!

Yesterday, due to logistics with the donor (he needed to have the extraction a day early), we needed to give our treatment decision. Luckily, Trux and I were ready and had decided to move forward with the Treosulfan regimen. We feel our research was as thorough as possible and it feels like the right plan of action. We made the best decision possible based on the information available. Onward. Thank you also for the prayers of guidance! The answer just became clear.

So, the Conditioning will start on Feb. 15th and the bone marrow transplant will be Feb. 21st.

Think I'll be taking the 21st off from work. Just going to sit quietly in my yard, look off onto the river, and try and turn a tide.

UPDATE: From Gages Mom

More good news! All of Gages work-up tests are good! My biggest worry was the CT scan of Gage's Ewings area and it is clear. All chemistrys look good indicating Gage's liver and kidneys are in good shape. Gage's Echo of his heart is good. And his lungs look good. They also checked for some virus' and he is clear. We feel so blessed! Thank you for "bombarding the heavens with prayer"! Thank you Lord!

Somehow this kind of news makes me want to believe in God again.

I've recently been a little ticked off with Him but y'know, maybe he takes one to save one.

I pray for a wonderful outcome for Gage. He's just a little boy and needs to live a long and full life, please God.
