Title: RX at Wal-mart
Post by BarbaraD on Jan 25th, 2007, 7:07pm
If you haven't had your scripts filled at Walmart, you might want to consider it. They've got a three page list of drugs (generic) that the co-pay is only $4.  I got three scripts filled for $12 (better than the $15 per I've been paying at Walgreen and CVS).

Just thought ya'll might want to know this in case you haven't tried it.

Hugs BD

I said screw the big corp's after getting sick of Walgreens rudeness! Those bastages filled my Imitrex vials one day - then made me wait 3 days for fucking syringes!!! I pulled a vial out and asked the goth-clerk "How the hell am I supposed to get this in my system, Shove it up my ass?"

I go a local mom & pop shop that isn't 24 hours, and isn't always convenient. But they are courteous with their customers and in my world that matters.

Just my thoughts,
Carl D

We have a chain super market here in western, New York called Wegmans. They now have a similar Walmart program of a 90 day supply for cheap as an opener. $12, I think and then the prices are less anyway.

It has to be generic though and the one I really need: isn't  >:(

Our Walmart is in the process too.

I use Rite-Aid only because I know the pharmacist and he will give me a weeks supply without a script. That's rare today.

I miss Wegmans.  Haven't been to one in 13 years or so.

I go to a local owned pharmacy.  they deliver.  they bring patients to the doctor who dont have rides.  They reopen for patients who NEED meds.

They are a little place and the prices are normal, but they go the extra mile.
