Linda had her procedure this morning and all is well in my world!

I can't tell you how much your love and support has meant to both of us. Ironically Lin needed a book to read while she was prepping because she and the Doctor had decided since she was going to have the endoscopy done she might as well have her first colonoscopy at the same time. I gave her "The Notebook" by Nicolas Sparks and she finished it last night so I decided to re-read it while I was waiting. I found myself in the recovery room just watching her sleep and was overwhelmed with the emotion that she brings to my life.

She is now on the couch reading "The Wedding" and I am still watching her. The results of both tests were very good with not much to worry about that some easy treatment for GERD won't take care of. I came home to a message from Scott "seasonalboomer" which was followed by a great phone conversation about the power and love that we both get from this forum and all of you.

I don't feel sorry for myself anymore and am determined to relish every moment and not to let CH rob me of any of the beauty that surrounds me. I will appreciate all of the gestures of good will, friendship and love that are so abundant here in our little group of super strong people. I will always draw on that strength and return it with great humility.

I will as soon as I can, respond to your answers to my request and to your PM's.

You have all touched our hearts and I thank you all for being an incredible presence in my life!

Way to go Tim and Linda and Linda, having gone through both procedures in the same day recently myself I feel for you! I love "The Wedding" and I hope you enjoy it too
