Jeff, you beat me to it. Reminds me of the Mel Gibson movie with him being obsessive cumpulsive when he was tied to a chair with his eyelids taped open. LOL Wendy, I don't know of any cures to make a muscle work. You can make them not work, but I would not mess with surgery. Give it time. The last thing you want is in 20 years after surgery is not have your eye close when you sleep at night. Just a thought... think 2wise and long term. -P. |

Oestreicher, M.D, F.R.C.S Ophthalmologist Plastic Surgeon. My right eyelid was pretty much closed so he did lazer surgery on it and then the left to even them up. This was done in St. Micheals hospital in Toronto Canada while I was awake. I went home that day and off work for only two weeks. It sure is nice to see properly again with no side effects. |

Title: Re: **Need Dr. Referral in G.R. Mich Pls** Post by M.R. on Jan 2nd, 2007, 6:24pm Wendy Dr. Bolan is a good doc., but I don't know if he could do what you are looking for (he's a GP). He may be able to recommend someone though. I trust him, he is the one to tell me I had clusters, after about 6 years and 12 different docs. I would trust him with my life (wait....I think I kinda do). I know I owe him big time. It wouldn't hurt to give him a call. Mike |
