Tammy's dad is going in for triple by-pass surgery tomorrow morning, and Tammy and her family really need vibes and prayers right now.  We are headed there now, and probably won't be online for a little while, so thank you in advance.  We hope everyone has a good New Year's.

I want to Thank everyone for all the vibes and prayers and I do believe they worked..

My dad is my rock and I kinda fell apart when I got the phone call But Kenn was right there to hold me up..

Update ..
He had a quad done with 3 valves 90% blocked and one @ 60%...As IF that was NOT enough he had a "rare" thing happen..
When the Dr opened up his chest he found a tumor the size of his fist sitting on top of his heart and most the lympnoide abnormal..We know it is caner at this time but waiting for the path results to find out what kind so we can go ahead with treatment...

But the good news and they reason I know the vibes and prayers worked...

Surgery Tuesday Morning....ICU/CCU unit ONLY one day...
reg room on wednesday...he is doing great and kinda grumpy (but think he has the right) and TODAY FRIDAY...we was told he MAY get to come home tomorrow..OMGGGGGGGG...Tell me this man is NOT strong...A quad by pass , a tumor removal and coming home 4 days later?!?!?!?!...I always knew he was superman...

Sorry I have not updated in awhile and I want to thank each and everyone of you for well wishes and prayers...

But we just the results in today (was kinda getting upset it took so long)  The heart surgery as I said earlier went great and he is doing wonderful with that..(catching him eating stuff he isn`t suppose to and doing stuff that are no no`s ..lollol)

But the results from the tumor and lympnoid came back today and what took so long is they sent the biopsy to the Mayo clinic to be sure what they were seeing was correct...

And seems my Superman AKA daddy....Is a rare one...He has both kinds of cancer which the dr said was very rare being the kinds that they are...Tomorrow is the apppointment to the cancer center to see what the next strategy is and so on....

Please if I may ask for more prayers and well wishes cause I would be totally lost without that man around...

Sorry for the typos and spelling but I`m kinda upset right now and as I write this it JUST hit me...Guess having to see it in black and white was just too much for me right now....

Tammy, I am so glad his heart/cancer surgery went so well.  I am sorry and will continue to pray for your dad to make it through cancer treatment without all the terrible side effects.  Thanks for the update.

Dad is currewntly doing WONDERFUL!!! he has both types of cancer but the GOOD news is...As long as he has treatment he will be fine....

They went in to meet with the Oncologist and they explained the treatment and the rareity of him having both types but asked him if he felt like living another 20 yrs.....


Now the fun part (leave it to my dad...This is why I love him)

He looked at my mother and smiles and shakes his head...Looks back at the Dr all serious and says

" Damn  Doc I have been with her already 49 yrs..DO I have to spend another 20 with her?"

Then says

"well if a person has to spend a certain number of yrs with a spouse 69 is a great NUMBER"

Then my mom looked at the dr and said

"damn NOW he mentions 69 after all these yrs and now I have to wait another 20 yrs to get it and then he will be too damn old to even try it"


Got to love your parents ...lol and I love mine to death ..perverts and all..lol


Thanks for all the prayers and well wishes...THEY WORKED....
