Cyn I'm glad you got to meet one of the absolute best for your first ch'er - I'm jealous, I wish I'd been there!

Liz and I met for lunch last weekend and it was so cool to finally meet another CHer. I have mailed, chatted and talked on the phone to some of you but meeting someone in person is the way to go. Felt an instant connection with Liz the minute I saw her.

While Liz and I were sitting in her hotel suite talking about CHs, Kim,a lady from housekeeping, was also in the suite. She overheard our conversation and said that her 19 year old son had just been diagnosed with CHs by a physician at Einstein Hospital in Philly. Small world, isn't it? We gave her a lot of information, e-mail addies and told her to check out CH.com. Of course we had to include her in the pic :)

Thanks again, Liz for being such a sweetheart to me. Couldn't have asked for a better first meeting.

Liz is a great lady isn't she. I'll never forget my first CHers, those three ladies will always have a special place in my heart. Its like meeting family for the first time.

You know...the thing I noticed about meeting CHers is that it was so damned easy. Here we are among dozens of people that need not explain anything about the beast. Everyone in the group knows so we were able get right into drinking and giving everybody a hard time. It's great.

Cyn... We definitely need to get together sometime soon! It really is ridiculous that we haven't met yet and are so close!! You and I will have to drag Happy out and all have a meeting together along with anybody else in the area!! Isn't it an amazing thing to finally meet another cliusterhead?? :)

Lizzie - Sorry I couldn't make it!! I really wanted to!! I was supposed to go out to my parents' house that day to celebrate my birthday weekend, but I ended up spending the entire day in bed (not feeling well) and then drove out to their house late that night! I hope you had fun - and do let me know when you are coming back this way!!

Wish you could have been there, too!

Was thinking we could possibly get something together in February?

Anyone in the Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania area who is interested, let us know. Toss in some ideas of where we could get together so we can get this Meet & Greet rolling, okay?
