With the holidays in full swing...

Have you visited or called that elderly person/couple or individual that just seemed like they could use a little company or someone to talk to?

Have you offered to suport someone struggling with a project or going through a difficult time.

Have you called friends or relatives that you just haven't gotten around to talking to in a long time?

Have you tried making amends with someone you have fallen away from for childish reasons?

Have you made time to let those you care about know how you feel?

There's no better time to start doing things like this. Who knows, it may be the boost needed remember the important things throughout the year.

Tom,

your post reminds me: my mum is helping an elderly lady every week. Mum is a Red Cross volunteer and she spends some time weekly with this lady. They talk, they walk and they just spend some time together. :)
