There was a chimney-fire 2 flats away from ours here in the block where we are living.

None was hurt and no smokedamage

Was out on the balcony looking at the "show"when firedepartment and the police arrived

We was SAFE

Thank God Svenn! If you haven't already you better get yours cleaned ;)

I dont know if those so called cleaning logs you can buy actually work, I am a believer in the good old fashioned Chimney Sweep,
top hat tails and the whole bit ;;D

Glad you and Bente are safe. That would be a little frightening.

I agree with Tim - time to clean chimneys.
