Pappy, I'm so sorry you're hurting.

Have you tried melatonin before you try to sleep? It's really helped me get the rest I need.

Hope you're pain free by the time you read this....

I have just learned as you to hurt then turn off the lights and try again to sleep. I am not much to look at these days with bags under my eyes, but what the hell right!

;;D Thanks for the kind thoughts everyone, sorry, I guess I just kind of snapped! This is my life and after so long you would think I would get use to this!
O2 doesn't help me at all, Trex causes Angina and I just stay off the meds and use the cold Georgia water!
Moving here at least gave me that, really cold water here! I Love It! (the water, not the place!)
My spirit may get dampened from time to time, but one sure thing is that there is always family here to boost the heart back up to size! Thanks Guys!!!!!!

My grandpa outgrew them.......and of all the CH horror stories I've lived and heard...his was increadibly bad, horrific really. And one day his finally just stopped

Whining is like,"OMG I broke a nail...again...and did you see the price of diamonds this year?" "OMG, I stubbed my toe and it hurts sooooo bad I think I'll fall on the floor and roll around."
Dealing with CH, chronic, every night, exhausted, nerves taut, that's not whining. Its reporting facts.

Pappy, sorry that I havn't called yet. Things have been crazy! The beast is not at all happy with me for getting off all the meds but I am trying my bestto stay the course. I started the Microsoft Certification School and between little to no sleep and hits starting about midway through the afternoon it is pretty interesting to say the least. If I retain 10% of what they are teaching I am going to be lucky.

Hang tough Bro and we still want to try and figure a time that we can get together soon.
