Over a week and counting
First time in over seven months that I have been pain free for more than one day. still have the shadow but the monster is sleeping. Just a light pain and pressure on the right side. Maybe I am off to another 8 years.

Hi Skilly,

One day doesn't seem like a lot does it, but it could mean you are tapering off and due to go into remission sweetie. It has happened to Charlie and to lots of others. Never give up hope that it can happen to you. You seem like such a nice guy and so you certainly deserve it.

If it doesn't right now....it could in a few weeks or months. Keep the faith and always know you have us here to fall back on. ALWAYS.

I will take every pain free moment or day that I can. Thanks God.

I will always keep the faith no matter what. And I will always keep all of you in my thoughts and prayers.

Maybe this 7 months has been a good thing for me. I have really learned to pray and I am now much closer to God. Relaxing through a hit with biofeedback and praying are now the methods I use to abort the monster.

My theme song is your always on my mind.

Skilly! Sounds like you passed go with a get out of jail free card. Take a ride on the Reading and free parking at the Boardwalk hotel. Skip that milestone across your favorite stream and make some waves.

Ya weathered them wicked times in Washington. 8)

No I won't leave this time around !!!

I did 8 years ago when I thought the monster was dead. This time I know he just waits. Maybe tonight maybe a year maybe never, but you will always have my support.

Even if it hits tonight it has been a wonderful week

Medical types should read this so they just might, just might get an idea of the horror of this thing and that clusterheads get excited at any amount of time they don't want to beat the walls and scream.

OMG SKILLY!!!

It just took me 4 days to get from freakin Winlock (or rather Woodland, went to my cousins Sat for Thanksgiving) to get HOME up to Maple Falls!!!! (Up by the Canadian border)
FREAKIN SNOW!!! UGH!!! lol. It's coming YOUR way tomorrow!! bwaa haaaa.

Great to hear you are pain free, I'm working on 3 years here :) Been on the board for the last 8 years, what a life saver, huh?

So...stick around, we're a fun bunch...but if I have to come find you to keep posting...it'll have to wait till spring, lol.
