Title: ....slight return..... Post by Carl_D on Nov 19th, 2006, 8:01am Just coming out of a massive depression slump that basically left me immoblized in a few ways. Still worked, still did my daily routines, but couldn't write a word online - not even in my blogs, which is rare for me. Too much to go into, but I'll be okay. Just too much crap to deal with and it finally got to me and I went into what I call 'shutdown mode'. Rebooted myself you might say (Or might now, as that sounds kinda kinky). My doc loaded me up on Frova when I went two weeks ago so I am off Imitrex again. I have a script for o2 also which will be filled next weekend. Consumed with bills and now that the furnace is on shit will skyrocket (AmerenUE is worse than vampires). I also have to go for a stress test on Tuesday to determine if the chest pains, palpitations and occasional arm numbness actually mean anything, and currently stressing out on getting to St Lou for the appt as at the moment I still haven't found a ride, but will get there one way or another. Nevertheless, I'm coming back out of it, have my machine glitches fixed (crossing fingers) and preparing for the broadcast premiere of my radio show December 3rd on www.satellite11.com. I also get to begin recording this week. I had some troubles with a noise, but my brother found the problem within a few minutes. Am keeping busy to try and refocus, meditating again, and am scheduling an appt. with my sis in law's chiro who does massage therapy and accupuncture. Luckily, she takes my insurance and is here in town, so I am hoping the accupuncture will help with some things. It was a bad funk, but I've had worse. This was but a fleshwound. ;;D Would appreciate any vibes and / or prayers for the Tuesday ticker test. Peace, Carl |

Title: Re: ....slight return..... Post by Carl_D on Nov 22nd, 2006, 9:25am I guess it went well. I survived. ;;D I had the test in the wee early hours of the morning, and was stuck in the Central West End of St Louis until 3:30pm and spent the day walking the town. Later last night, both of my knees just rusted up on me and hurt like hell to bend at any rate. Yep Charlotte, they did the full echo with ultrasound and all that. What traumatized me is they had to shave 10 little patches on my chest and now I look more blotchy than the 40 year old virgin. :o Worst part: I had to stop Verapamil for 24 hours for the test, and last night got whacked hardcore for 2 hours straight with a kip 10. I currently feel like I've had the beat shit out of me, and getting ready to walk to work. ;;D Peace, Carl D |
