I need to make cards and I need a program  that I can download that will take a picture and fade it out, kind of gost like images.

Does anyone know if there is a cheap one on the net, I mean cheap !

 What program were you using when you did that Christmas tree picture a few years back Elaine.  It was sort of faded out between all the faces you put there.  That was very cool !

Or maybe your're talking about something else entirely in which case I can't help..sorry.

I can't remember Linda, thats kind of what I am going to do again, if I can find what it was. I can't believe you remember that.

I reformated my computer a while back and lost a lot of things I had, and this OLD Mind of mine just doesn't remember.

there's also GIMP...

it's totally free and it does lots of different effects with images.  It's as powerful as paint shop pro just not as good looking on the outside.   If you try it, just open the image file and go to the filters menu, try the different filters on your image til you find the one you are looking for.

Try going to Download.com it is a safe site no viruses and has all kinds of freeware, might be worth a look.
