Title: Here's another site memory test ... Post by ClusterChuck on Nov 4th, 2006, 2:22pm What was the BEST hint or info or lesson learned from this site? Mine, that has SAVED my life, was the lesson: Don't dwell on the hits, dwell on the PF time between them! Deal with the hits, and then enjoy life to the fullest, during the PF time! That, and the connecting lesson: DON'T let clusters rule or dictate your life! Live your life as you always have, just pause during the time for the hit, and then get back to what you were doing. Post by LeLimey on Nov 4th, 2006, 2:47pm I can't better what you've said Chuckles - you can be quite eloquent for an old fart sometimes! :-* I've learned we all need each other, it takes every single one of us to fight, to raise awareness and to support each other. None of us are more important than anyone else, it takes every little cog to make this machine move and without all of us, we'll stall. Laugh. Sometimes there is just nothing else you can do, you just have to grit your teeth and get on with it but being here helps. Whatever is going on for you someone here understands, the light is ALWAYS on thanks to us being worldwide so there is no need to ever, ever feel alone. If you have a broken toilet seat fix it. Or more'll be hurtin than your head 8) Eh Chuckerooni?! ;;D |

CH is an affliction- as Chuck said, life is what you are when you are NOT getting hit! (and, hoooo-boy, Chuck would know......and he demonstrates it!) Contrary to the hell the beast puts someone thru, CH will not kill you- unless you remember the above......... Never let yourself get too close to the fire.......... coz....... Life is good........ Fear and anxiety only makes the perception of the pain worse, if not the pain itself. Don't worry about it. It does what it does--accept it, and move on. CH is only a part of who you are--like brown hair or blue eyes. It isn't the only thing you are. Depend upon your friends who know what you're going through. They can be your your greatest strength. Nurture your supporters, and treasure them--they struggle with CH as well. Best wishes, George |

That I am now able to share with those who are new to this game. All the friends here I have made who have such an impression on me and who w/o having CH I wouldn't even know existed. That support for this is just as, if not more important as the drugs we use. |

Then when I was in cycle, I was amazed at what some of the lady supporters here knew about how a cluster cycle works and when I could expect it to end. Finally, the seeds and how to use them, which eventually ended up on the CB site. /John |
