Title: Usual question...
Post by jimmers on Oct 27th, 2006, 6:47am
Whatcha doin this weekend? Me, sittin in a tree again. One of these days I'll probably start growing leaves from my limbs. LMAO

Now if the beast would just leave me alone for awhile. I am armed with a bow and arrows and trex. Hopefully I get to "Stick" something this weekend, I just hope its not me.

Have fun everyone!

Jimmers

Word!

Will be at O'Connell's Pub tonight learning the ropes of setting up and tearing down for trivia night, since I start calling trivia every other week next friday. Today though, I have to create a :30 second ad spot for the other DJ's on Satellite 11 to play during their shows advertising mine. Once that is finished, resume recording.

Tomorrow going to visit my cousin at the hospital who had a nervous breakdown and isn't doing well, then will be hanging with my good friend Michelle who I rarely see, then will come home and start working on recordings again.

Sunday I hope to be celebrating the Card's World Series victory. Then again, that could happen tonight!  ;;D

Hope everyone else has a great weekend!

Carl

The band's playing tonight and tomorrow night. A back-to-backer:

- Set it up

- Tear it down

- Set it up

- Tear it down

- Collapse

I haven't done this since I was 28. All the fun with none of the energy.

Well the weather is supposed to be very crappy with high winds rain and flurries this weekend. Oh Joy probably get a wicked migraine from the pressure dropping as usual.

Otherwise I plan to see my grandbaby and go to the gym.

The weather is supposed to be great this weekend.  Haven't seen the sun all week.

I'll be clearing out the garden, raking leaves, picking up dog crap, bringing in the lawn art, and putting my motorcycle away for the winter, and referee a few Hockey games.

Miller High Life will be involved as well.  I think my diet will be nicotine, caffine and alcohol for the weekend.

Meg will be partisipating in "Make a Difference Day" tomorrow, which is a community wide thing where students rake the lawns of the elderly.  She will also be covering it as a reporter/photographer for the teen newspaper my company publishes.

I'll be the proud Mom playing taxi cab.

I have to kill two pigs, a steer, and I have the most distasteful job being the executioner of a hundred  chickens. Fall pretty much sucks. Everything that was alive and vibrant a short time ago is now dead, dyin, or going dormant. I hate the fall.

Dress them all in Nikes and tell them the comet is coming.

They'll feel better about it.

Would that be Wichita, Georgia Matt?

I'm planting a Crepe Myrtle tree in my back yard today.

Tomorrow I'm driving to French Gulch (a 1800's town that time forgot) and having dinner in a hotel that used to be a Bordello.

On Sunday I'm I'm going to sleep that extra hour that daylight savings time tells me I will have.  ::)

On Halloween I'll be in a bar shooting pool so I don't have to be around all those snotty nose,  greedy kids. Bah-Humbug!!!!!!!!    ;;D

Trying to keep acute bronchitis from becoming pneumonia.

I've coughed so much I can hardly talk and my rib cage feels like someone took a 2 x 4 to it.  Not being able to breath combined with storm fronts moving through make CH a lovely thing to have to deal with.  Nothing feels better than a deep chest rattling, head exploding cough in the middle of a Kip8.

Sorry Mike,  I did that three years ago and did wind up in the hospital with pnuemonia while in cycle.  Aside from the fact that everyone, Doctors/family, thought I might die from it, the pneomonia seemd like a minor annoyance compared to the misery of that particular cycle.  When I left the Hospital after two weeks, because of the CH, I didn't feel any better that the day I went in.

Of course, I am sure things will go better for you.
