captains log:

Midday Oct 17- shadows ends and at precisely midday left eyelid drops and hell begins heralding the start of a cycle.
so obviously,, i wasnt feeling seedy and light headed due to a big weekend.

time start pondering what has changed and who left the door open so the beast could get in? and why i deserve thsi?

Sorry Turts! Don't recall mine ever being preceded by shadows, it just comes on like a freight train all at once. This year however, I starated shadowing about a month ago and was thinking that maybe I was getting a break and would skip my regular fall/winter cycle. Of course, that was until I just read your recent horror story.

Hey Brett,

I'm real sorry to hear you're hurting. I hope it's a short cycle!!

This is no good to you this time around... but I get shadows before a cycle starts too and thanks to the helpful folk here... I now know to get straight on to the verapamil at the very first sign of trouble. First shadow and I'm off to get the script filled.
