i'm now down 15,000 a year in income.

Hubby was laid off today.

all I can think of is what I used to tell my kids: no matter what happens, we're gonna be ok.    Y'all need to keep reminding me of that. Really need some reminders.

The National average is 6-10 months to find a new job.  It can be done in less, I know.  ;)

Just remember, everthing in due time. It will be alright.

Now that sucks. Somtimes the best things in life come out of the worst, his next job will pay more. Be positive.

It's an employees market right now. Jobs aren't scarce, workers are! Best vibes.

Just spend a set amount of time every day looking there the paper and the web sites.
When I got laid off I spent like 4 hours a day hitting Monster.com Dice.com Craigslist.com and others to find a job and did, by the way I like Craigslist the best.
Don’t give up and send that resume out as much as you can and keep track of who you sent it to so you don’t double up on a job, they don’t tend to like getting the same resume more then once. I also drove around and got names of companies of buildings then checked there web sites employment sections, a lot of time they won’t post anywhere else so you have to be diligent in your search and don’t leave any stone unturned.
Good luck hope he finds work soon.

Matt

My DH Daniel lost his job due to this CH cycle as well so I know how worrying it can be.

However, this may turn out to be an opportunity for both your husband and mine to find something even better than the last job.

So keep positive, keep looking and may the force be with you  :)

Hugs

Annette

Everything you need will be provided to you....just keep the faith.

Remember when life sucks, you have absolutley no control over it, however, you do have control over how you deal with it.  Love and support one another and everything will be okay!

Life can and will be a biatch....but remember we love you and your family!  If there is anything we can do,  know that we will be here for you every minute of your struggles!!!

I know y'all will find something soon!

Much love,
Steph
