Title: clustermasx mouth piece
Post by davyp on Oct 8th, 2006, 8:12am
Any 1 have any tips on using the clustermasx mouth piece as i am having to use it after busting my masx during back to back kip 10`s which imi didnt touch.

My mouth and lips are extreamly sore and splitting in a few places as i am clamping down so hard on it so any tips you could give me would be wonderful.

I had that problem until I basically had to train myself to put more effort in holding the piece with my hand instead of relying on my mouth to keep it in and straight.  I also found that concentrating on breathing deeper and longer, eased my jaw enough to not clench it so hard.

hugs,
:)mel
