Post by Edna on Sep 27th, 2006, 5:25pm Know how powerful this family is, so I'll be just a wee bit selfish and ask for vibes that we may find our pooch that's missing. She's been missing for two days now, HER name is CHARLEY !!! She's a pup found in New Orleans after Katrina that my son took home. I could NOT stand dogs.......ugh.....but this one.............well, let's just say I'm praying we find her......... she's like one of my kids now !!!!!!!!!! My daughter is distraught. Appreciate any vibes spared. thanks, EDNA |

I think she must have come from an abandoned mom of Katrina. My son was working in that area, and Charley showed up at the make shift work area set up as headquarters camp in an abandoned store parking lot. We live about 60 miles south of N.O.; and we've had Charley since the end of January. Not really thinking she tried to make it back to the city really. Just hoping that she makes her way home soon. Nothing still as of tonight. Thanks again for all the well wishes EDNA |

We checked out the location which is actually not "that" far from here, but nothing yet. Still keeping in contact with the shelter, and Hope for Animals. Newspaper will run us an ad with her picture in the loss and found section of the classifieds also. Just a little ray of brightness so far, but still hoping with prayers continuing. Thanks to all here for the vibes and well wishes as well. My hope is that REAL soon I can post a bunch of happy, smiley faces to let you guys know she's home. pf wishes, EDNA |
