SUCKS!!!!!!!!!

Please forgive me in advance for anybody here who gets offended by this but I have to get it out before I strangle someone. I don't mean in any way at all to offend anybody here from outside of the U.S.

The phone rings and I pick it up. The girl on the other end has such a heavy Indian accent that I can't understand a word she is saying.

Come to find out, my truck payment is late and Nissan outsources all of their customer support (oxymoron).

I have a VERY difficult time understanding this heavy of an Indian accent because like most guitar/drum playing people in their mid forties, I'M DEAF!!!!!!!!

She tries to continue and I'm on the phone for over 10 minutes with her. After the call ends, I call back to see if I can get it straightened out. A guy answers the phone and has a name that if I tried to pronounce it, I'd break my toungue.

Now, I'm playing twenty questions with him while trying to just get a manager. I literally told him that I am so angry that I am biting my lip so I won't scream at him.

I finally got a manager and got stuff straightened out but man I was ready to KILL!!!

She also put a note on my account for American agents only if they have to call me.

Been there! I just keep asking for a supervisor until they finally patch me to an American office.

You have a good point there but if I fuck up really bad, I'd at least like to be ablt to understand the person whp calss me to try and get it taken care of.

Your problem with Nissan is the main reason I will never buy a Dell.
