A man lives on the 76TH floor. When he leaves he takes the elevator to the ground floor.

When he returns he always gets off on the 7th floor.

Why?

There's an express elevator on 7 and he won't have to stop at every floor?

His building is located backing a cliff and the front door is ground level at 7, correct?

The 6 doesn't light up in the elevator so it says 7th floor?

OK, when he leaves where & returns to where? Probably neither have anything to do with where he lives, right?

"L" FOR lOBBY IS ON THE BOTTOM OF THE FLOOR BUTTONS---EASY---WHEN HE RETURNS HOME HE IS NOT TALL ENOUGH TO REACH ANY BUTTON ABOVE THE 7TH FLOOR.

Why doesn't the midget carry a box with him? He knows he's going to have to walk up 69 flights of stairs. It would be easier to carry a box to stand on than to walk up 69 flights of stairs.
